That said, the Asari and Turian look tasty, and I wouldn't say no to another Quarian, though it sounds like it's a male Quarian, which is bum-bum less...

Check the file name. It reads EngineerTurian.png

The last three have me stumped. They must have a non-obvious addendum - for example, the Asari Justicar's thumbnail file name is AdeptAsariCommando.png, not AdeptAsariJusticar as you might expect. I've been trying classTurianHavoc and classTurianGhost, etc, but it clearly isn't that simple... The Quarian one might also have "male" in it, e.g. EngineerQuarianMale.png.

Just noticed the URL for this pic says "EngineerTurian..."

"Saboteur" would certainly make more sense for an Engineer than a Vanguard.

However that datamine image yesterday had "TurianVanguard_Extract_Progress" or something similar. That doesn't make sense - if there's a Turian Engineer as well as Vanguard, Infiltrator and Soldier, then we've got 17 new kits...

Beginning to think there's something fishy about the Volus. It seems very strange that they'd release FOUR kits for a new race in one go, but leave the Salarians, Geth and Quarians (all far more popular races) horribly under-represented...

I still think it's a very elaborate cover for something. I don't mind them being real, but it just seems like something extremely bold to do. And seeing how reluctant they are to create alien females, being bold is not something usual in the developers.

Maybe the Havoc Soldier is a Vanguard. Everything is up for grabs at this point.

It's a joke. Bioware is trolling you. Bioware DON'T want to se volus in mp, 90% of people asking for volus are "olol biotic god pleaase lol !". They can't take that seriously. Remember what happenned with the first bad ending. Imagine what would happen with playable volus. They don't want to see that again. If they do, they are just freakin' idiots and they will lose all their credibility for a lot of people.

Could there be a new objective wave? That last few seconds with the Reaper setting its sights on the firebase was very interesting.......

OR........you fail the mission, Reaper melts your character and it's back to level one?

Bioware can be very bold when they want to be, look at what happens to Tali if you choose a certain race over her's. (And we all know Tali is EXTREMELY popular)

I know MP isn't SP, but my point remains, they can be incredibly bold with Mass Effect when its desired. Things like "From Ashes" was also extremely bold, the rage I saw before this game's release?... 

Either way, I just doubt they'd go through the trouble of modelling and rigging, than animating and using special effects on these images just not to use them and I doubt they'd put all this effort into a joke, infact the volus seem to be wearing armor, their clothes look retextured and seem to have shoulder pads.

But maybe you guys are right, 5 bux its Prothean, which is equally as goddamn awesome


Infact, I'm right, the volus are wearing armor, why would you just design new models not to use them?

Oh grow up and deal with it.  Volus.  Big deal.  I saw this same crap with playable Vorcha "Oh, but they're gross!  They're too dumb to fight!  They're too Savage to fight!"  I hardly think having Volus as playable will get them voted Worst company in America.

It's not that I don't support Volus, but... four? That means that we'll have more representation from an auxiliary combat unit than the salarians, the second council race and the creators of the Spectres. That's not right...

I think the Volus Vanguard's charge should be more of a biotic roll. Like a bowling ball.
