I assume that "N7 Mastery" is related to all N7 characters (Earth DLC)
It looks like N7 Mastery is related to promoting, while Earth Mastery is the N7 characters.xxrpggamemanxx wrote...
Any idea how high the values are for them? Or not that much information yet? Not being retroactive is going to be a pain if they're incredibly high.
All the patch gives is names of what is tracked, not how much of it we need.

That's sort of depressing. =/
In any case, thanks so much for the plethora of information. Most appreciative.

That's just how the order ended up being. The patch files specifically say that promotions belong to the N7 Mastery category.

Cows are wearing volus suits now!?
We're screwed.
Though that part of the DLC isn't in the patch files. I'm just reading the variable list from the new challenge point system to see what it is that they're tracking. Otherwise I would have numbers and power lists for all the characters.

New Abilities
None right now
The information is all about challenges, so no challenges relate to specific powers.

He is looking in a distinctly different grouping.
I decompiled the wrong files earlier, and am flat out confused as to where the new patch is....
If cyonian can point out which Sfar is the right one, I will be headed straight to the Biogame section to investigate the powers.

This is what's got me excited. Hopefully we might see some character power restructuring too for the older classes.
Also I can't help but laugh at all the people anally devistated over the potential inclusion of the Volus.

There is some about powers(Tech and Biotic Mastery specifically are), but they don't mention anything new. There is "Biotic Slash" referenced but given how one of the melee attacks is called that, I can't really say for sure that it's a new ability.

I would have thought the tech and biotic mastery variables were talking about subsets of powers? So it will keep track of how many biotic kills you make accross all games, rather than specically counting how many you kill with warp?
Biotic Slash does sound out of place, are there any other old powers referenced at all? Perhaps that is counted as a sort of negative achivement so people can see how much you spam powers hiding behind walls

Quite a few.
Pull, Throw, Singularity, Warp, Biotic Charge, Reave, Stasis, Dark Channel, Annhiliation Field, Biotic Slash, Nova, Lash, Biotic Explosions for Biotic Mastery
Incinerate, Overload, Cryo Blast, Combat Drone, Tech Armour, Energy Drain, Sentry Turret, Submission Net, Flamer, Shadow Strike, Electric Slash, Snap Freeze, Geth Turret, Tech Explosions for Tech Mastery
Actually, Biotic Slash is probably the N7 Slayer ability. It just threw me off because I don't believe it's called that in the Earth DLC Coalesced =P

I think mine says Sept 11.
I guess it takes roughly 1 month to get it through Microsoft/Sony certification.

Eh... Should they really have named the Geth soldier after the in-game mook? Wouldn't it be less confusing (and a throwback to the ME1 days) if they named him the Geth Shock Trooper?
And... Quarian MINIGUN? WHAT? YES.
It's possible it will be renamed. At least 1 character per DLC hasn't used the same name in-game as was listed in the Coalesced(I believe the Shadow is just N7Infiltrator). Could just be a placeholder.
I am also intrigued by this Quarian Minigun.
Though I wont know more about it until Tuesday when a ton more information will be released into my loving datamining hands =P

It seems kind of weird that they'd leave each class without the same number of options though. Still I'm hype as hell and extremely excited to see what they have in sore for us. Hopefully the new characters will offer some new styles of gameplay with some exciting power options and touch power evolution choices.
Also some new guns that aren't just variations of damage, accuracy, and clipsize stats.

The Soldier class already has one more kit than the rest.
I'm also very excited about the new characters, up to date, all of them has some new element that makes you play a bit different than the rest.
And I really hope this dlc follows that trend.
