The problem I have with Volus is that they don't fit the scenario we are in on mp. They shouldn't be frontline troops. It's like putting big colourful bunnies in dead space - it doesn't feel right in the environment. It's easy to say don't play them if you don't like them but 99%, If something appeared in this or any game which you think didn't fit you would be in the same position as those opposing the Volus. You'd be saying the same thing.
Seeing how it looks as if they are actually in, I think bw is getting a bit desperate and running low on ideas.

I think the only thing that would be awkward would be including Protheans in MP.
Established races that are not extinct are fine.

Seriously, it's a war. And if Voluses rely heavily on tech, then it fits

Actually managed to find the now krogans, asari and batarians and geth by trying different combinations. ^^ The new turians, drell, vorcha and quarian are still eluding me though.

 reacting to such a thing doesn't essentially mean it still isn't isn't out of Desperation. Yes it was funny and it is quite funny (to an extent).  Because it didn't seem right, making sense or even possible. It's easy to say they did so out of popular interest but always look at why it was such. I stand by my feelings on this one (please ignore punctuation and lack of words, I hate using an iPhone for this)

Still dont believe it until a dev says that we will be able to play as volus in multiplayer.

I dont care, Ill end up playing as them even though it seems ri****ulous to add volus into MP, but i dunno. Could still be a joke on the dev's part at this point.
