Me: 30-seconds cliffhanger ending with no closure whatsoever.

Yeah I'm gonna have to go with mass effect 3 ending as well. From what I've seen on YouTube, the DLC considerably improves things but the originals were just "no".

Anders and Fenris like characters, in other words zealots as companions.

Hornball monkey inspired animations.
Even more restrictive classes
Mages vs Templars, still more mages vs templars, yet again mages vs templars.

If they bring people back who have died in my game, so...that. Oh and it didnt even happen in my main Canon
If they do i want a proper reason why this happened....I dont count off screen deaths anyways, like Sten, Leliana (If left at lothering) Morrigan or Alistair they could come back with little explaining since there deaths were never properly confirmed. But slicing Leliana's head off and her coming back with no explanation was bad for me - its a retcon....
Yea, i think extremist characters should be easier to get rid of or reject at the start - i was happy you could tell Anders to leave after he kills the girl....as you should if role-playing a decent character...

The secret to surviving the Joining is revealed to be...midichlorians. RAGEQUIT!
Oh, no, wait. My serious answer is releasing the game before it's truly been thoroughly tested so as to be riddled with play-inhibiting and flow-breaking bugs. Um, again.

Honestly, the inability to influence companions in any significant way would ****** me off. I want my conversations with them to have some cumulative effect. I don't want to be showing the hypothetical Glower McMeanElf that there is a brighter side to life only to have absolutely no impact on him even if I'm proven right to him several times. The characters need to change both because of their personal experiences, and the PC's relationship with them.

If they made Cullen a companion.
Fan service in favour of realistic chances to actually meet someone like Cullen.

Nothing would make me angry, per se, because I don't tend to get angry at video games. One thing that would certainly annoy me is a return to DAO combat (I just found it so slow), and especially a return to DAO finishing moves. They're fine on smaller enemies where it's just a quick decapitation or whatever, but I should never be KO'd because my tank is too busy climbing and jumping all over an ogre that's already dead to actually tank for me.

Forcing me into one origin and/or killing off a sibling or parent in the first ten minutes for a forced dramatic effect.

More of that crappy yellow loot that was in DA2, And trunk loads of different armour and clothes that only my character can wear and my companions cant ,

The thing that would most annoy me would be Bioware actually listening to most people on the BSN by:
Having a mute dead-eyed puppet protagonist.
Bringing back the Warden.
Bringing back the busywork-filled crafting system.
Including romances with every man, woman, animal, and inanimate object you see.
Giving perfect third-option choices that are clearly better than the others like saving Connor and Isolde or a certain Resolution to Rannoch in ME3.
Adding ending slides instead of showing us in-game what happened or letting us interpret and guess for ourselves.
Going back to the faux-tactical combat of DAO instead of a fun system like DA2.
Having every NPC lick the player's boots and tell them how great they are in every conversation instead of disagreeing like normal people.
Or finally, making the mage obscenely overpowered again.
