Making persuasion a skill you put points in rather than ability granted for consistent roleplaying.
Origin stories. I'd be fine with a Mass effect-style choice at character creation that affects some dialogue, but instead of creating ten hours of content you will never see on a particular playthrough, I'd rather have content I'll always get to see.
A lack of puzzles. They don't have to be everywhere, but a few are always fun. I really enjoyed the puzzle section of Legacy.
Focusing too much on the Wardens. There are other parts of Thedas more interesting than them.
Being able to talk to your companions everywhere, forcing every conversation with them to amount to them staring at you, folding and unfolding their arms repeatedly.

Define not enough. If you want an entire game about them a la Origins, I fear you'll be disappointed.

Bad handling of some of my favourite ex-party members might too, though it shouldn't really.
Bioware seeming to not be straightforward about the features included in the game. Honesty is important.
Everything else I'll try not to get angry about. If I dislike some of the features, then I'll adjust the price I'm prepared to pay, but there's no reason to get angry.

The thing that would most annoy me would be Bioware actually listening to most people on the BSN by:
Having a mute dead-eyed puppet protagonist.
Bringing back the Warden.
Bringing back the busywork-filled crafting system.
Including romances with every man, woman, animal, and inanimate object you see.
Giving perfect third-option choices that are clearly better than the others like saving Connor and Isolde or a certain Resolution to Rannoch in ME3.
Adding ending slides instead of showing us in-game what happened or letting us interpret and guess for ourselves.
Going back to the faux-tactical combat of DAO instead of a fun system like DA2.
Having every NPC lick the player's boots and tell them how great they are in every conversation instead of disagreeing like normal people.
Or finally, making the mage obscenely overpowered again.
Agreed on all points but one.
I'll take the tactical combat of DAO over the ninja style hack 'n slash combat with enemies spawning out of thin air any day.
Oh and I guess I don't mind the 3rd option choices that are clearly better than others so much. Just don't pick them and pretend they're not even there if you want actual consequences. Though it does cheapen the experience a bit, I'll give ya that...
Too much focus on the Darkspawn. There is very little less interesting than a rampaging monster that kills for the sake of being evil.
Oh I don't know about that, I liked them in DAO. Although they've had a whole game about them so I'm in favor of a game without any Wardens or Darkspawn.

origins pushed it as was, especialy the dlc and DA2 took recycled dungeons concept, beat it to death, peed on it's corpse, threw it into a pit of fire, fished it's burnt remains out of said pit of fire and extingushed it by peeing on it again only to reanimate it then murder & pee all over it again,THAT'S how bad the recycling was in DA2

- DA2 level rail-roading
- Crappy character creator (given the level of depth dragons dogma and skyrim had I expect more from DA3)
- ME3 level autodialogue
- A DA2 like ending - Choosing to help side A fight side B then having to fight side B anyway. Made the choice POINTLESS!

Giving the fans what they want? How Incredibly ABSURD!!!
Art is not a democracy.
and Games are not "Art". Nor should creators be allowed to hide being "Artistic Integrity" to handwave a Cluster F*ck of plot holes and rushed content while stil claiming "its Your story"
As for me - I wouldn't really be angry, its just a game, Disapointed sure: So things that would disapoint me: -
1) A lack of Origin Storys
2) Lack of Player Agency
3) Trunk fulls of armour and clothing that I can't put on my companions.
4) ME3 Style 'Auto-Dialog'
