Description:   I'm running  NWN 2 (Platinum) from STEAM.  I've been playing a co-op game of SoZ with some friends every week (with me running as server) but this week when I try to load the save game, it goes through the normal "server settings" and "choose which save file" stuff, then when it starts loading the actual game, it gets to  "Loaded 43 out of 44 areas" and crashes to desktop with the following error:

Things I have tried (after searching quite a bit on Google) in no particular order:
- Other save files (I have a half dozen rotating save files in case of corruption)
- Having Steam validate that none of my game files have become corrupt
- Uninstalling and re-installing
- Rebooting
- Turning off anti-virus/firewall
- Updating drivers

This was working fine a week ago, and now EVERY ONE of my save files does the exact same thing.
I'm at my wit's end, and any help that can be provided would be highly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Jagermiastro

Most likely reason is you have an invalid character in the party. For instance, you had been using Kaedrin's pack of new classes, and have a character with one of those classes, but you are no longer using Kaedrin's pack. The game sees a character with a class it knows nothing about, and bam!

We have been using only the "stock" Steam files. No mods, add-ons, character packs, etc.
I'm not familiar with " Kaedrin's ".

Question: IF they HAD used something like that, would it have even WORKED (in the first place) if I didn't install it on the server?

If not, then I wouldn't have several sessions worth of save files that don't work.

If so, then I will ask the other players if they used something like that.

Thanks,
Jager
