What can I, as a PC player, can expect from DA3 technically speaking?

 Hello all,

Okay, thing is, i'm not very fond of Bioware lately when it comes to PC versions of your last 3 games, (ME2, DA2, ME3)

Just to give some examples:

ME1 was a port from xbox, but hey, at least we had shortcuts and a Keyboard and Mouse that functioned properly (you will understand a little ahead).
But for what i remember we got no increase on textures and so on. Just to remember Garrus face on full HD... omg...

DA:O, very good PC version, shortcuts, modtools, cool amount of tweaks we could do on graphics and the Top View Camera.

ME2, dudes, what happened here? We lost shortcuts. NO SHORTCUTS on a PC game! Simple things like hit O for Options, and the worst thing yet...
Enter, Double Click and Scroll Wheel didn't work at all. Enter, on a PC game? "No, they don't need that...".
The "Press Start" message before the main menu...
Not to mention that the time the game takes to load something, was just that big so that the animation of the load screen would show fully...my god...
And again, no High Textures, the only tweak was resolution and AA.

DA2 gave us High Texture Pack on launch week (or day?), but apart from that and tessalation, the graphics where not that great, maybe because of the art style, i don't know...
And i remember some problems with the HUD and subtitles becoming small when you increased resolution.
And we lost modtools
And the topview camera....

ME3, again, the only tweaks was resolution and AA, no high textures, nothing at all.
At least the keyboard and mouse thing got an improvemente... Enter, Double Click and Scroll Wheel worked SOME places...
But still no shortcuts...
And we couldn't separate the overload of functions in one button (space)....
The multiplayer doesn't have a server browser...
The same FOV problem and DA2...
The Holster Weapon animation was cut from PC because the Xbox didn't had 4mb of ram to make it... >.<
And every single time we went to the main menu, doesn't matter if it was 1hour or 1 minute ago, the game checked to see if our DLCs were leggit...

Anyway, i know most of my complaints about Bioware games on their PC versions comes from the ME team, but i'm afraid that this behavior bounces on the DA team.

Just from using Frostbyte 2 i expect a lot more from this game graphically speaking. Is my expectations wrong?

Can i expect to twealthings like Vertical Sync, High Textures, Shadows, Terrain Quality and Decoration, Mesh, AA, Anisotropic, Ambient Occlusion and so on?

And i use Gearbox Software as an example here. Borderlands 1 on PC was ****, but for the second game they promissed a lot of improvements and they delivered.

Im not saying Bioware should make a love letter to us pc players like they did (but i would love that!).

So, what will be the deal on the PC version?

ME1 looked great on PC but I had to do ini tweaks to make it impressive.

DAO had baked shadows (because dynamic shadows interfere with our storytelling aka we suck at dynamic environments real life included - not to mention bow strings) Never mind NWN did just fine with dynamic lighting, and Baldur's Gate had script commands to recognize the time of day...Aside from all that, a bunch of stuff was lumped into Frame Buffer effects, so no option to disable Bloom but keep the Fade effect, etc. Bioware seems allergic to options.

ME2; only way to disable all the blur and enjoy the game with good eyes was to tweak the ini. Made the 8-bit crowds in balconies look silly, but that's Bioware's fault for using low-res sprites in a modern game.

DA2: looks very good on a DX11 PC; graphics >> gameplay for me. I've yet to replay the game.

ME3: noticed the usual lack of video options; will likely have to tweak the ini again but haven't felt like playing the game yet.

Since DA3 is going to use a different company's engine, hopefully there will be more options to give us control over the game's appearance. I, for one, am not liking the trend toward multiple blur settings, and often disable them so I don't feel like I need to wear glasses while playing. It's not just Bioware's fault either; I run Witcher 2 with half the video settings (blur options) disabled and the game looks great not to mention runs faster. ;)

Hopefully they just give us decent dynamic lighting.

ENB series can fix the rest.

Proper graphic options and modding support is what I'm most hankering for.

Hopefully if it's released for next gen consoles, we can at least get camera options back, as well as massive battles without the Ninja Drops.

Rather than a "texture pack" I would prefer to get a "more complicated AI algorithms pack", I'd settle for just isometric cam though.
