 I just noticed an area on my map marked "Civil War" In all my times playing through this game(which I've played about 10 times since buying it 4 months ago) I have never had the civil war area unlocked.How did I get this? I'm just wanting to know so I can unlock it again in future playthroughs.

It's a Chanter's Board quest you get in Denerim called Loghain's Push.
