 What is Games2Gether ?
http://www.amplitude-studios.com/About-us2/G2G

Short Version: It is an interactive with which game owners can communicate with developers about which aspects or features they like most in their games.

Developers choose features that they would like to have in their games, and the game owners vote on which features should take priority.

For Example here is g2g vote for Endless Space a 4x game by Amplitude.

Each gameowner has a set amount of points based on which version of the game they buy, these points represent the value of their vote on which feature they would most like to see first. In this case Game oweners select one feature they want. That feature will now ideally take priority before any of the other features. It was also used to select one fan addition to be added into the game.

Very Important: This is not means for us to vote on what we want in the game or how we want the game to be.
This also does not mean, that what we vote for will make it into the game or be patched in. It is a declaration of intrest that people have backed up with a vote.

This will allow some fans and owners of the game to more clearly communicate their intrests or expectations to the developer and help them make decisions on which featurs should be prioritised.

Conversly developers will have a far clearer picture on what aspects of the game they should focus on, and most importantly can very clealy say they are delivering on fan expectations.

For example: A choice on what kind dialogue people want more with ragards to comonaions.
-Would you like more lines for your companions as they comment on the situation as it changes arround the player
-Would like more more companion dialogue in the form of cinematic cutscenes.

As a dev i can imagine this would provide a great deal of qunatifiable data on what kind of content people would like to see.

I will leave it to the developers to work out the specific of how this system if at all can be translated to work with Dragon age 3 and beyond.

Admitedly what i am suggesting may not be a new things, and i realise that for the deves and community mangement team that this kind of system can be very tricky to set up and maintain.

However given the recent survey on the state of the Bioware social netowrk, the one that speciacally asks if he community is interested in the addition of upvote or downvote feature on the BSN. I can only imagine there might be some sort of overhaul in the works, and this might be a good time to look what kind of changes people might like to see.

So what does the community and the community management team think of this suggestion ?

I genuinely think if we can get enough support behind this kind of system, we might actually get some sort of response from the developers.
