First of all, yes: "Upload Gameplay Feedback" is enabled in Options-Online. So here's what's happening: I did not receive a commendation pack for the last weekend event, even though I met the requirements. I filed a support ticket about this, and after 48 hours all I got was a blank e-mail with an Origin logo. Thanks, I guess. Anyway, just now I also noticed I don't have any of the Leviathan achievements unlocked, despite having cleared the DLC twice. I've always been able to participate in multiplayer weekends so far. Nothing has recently changed in my computer, router setup, or internet connection.
I suspect my uploaded gameplay feedback is somehow not getting through to BioWare, which would affect future events. If this is something on my end, how would I go about fixing it? If this is something on your end, could you have a look?
Thanks.

To get to commendation pack help, put the mouse over games, then put it over mass effect 3, and you will find it at the bottom of the list relating to mass effect 3.

i also know theres something about it on the ea support page but to be honest i cant login there cos it keeps saying my account is invalid yet it emails me the details and then refuses to let me login >>>>
but last tiem i had a problem i just emailed the bioware team and someone magically fixed it for me, but top tip is make sure you always have it enabled disabling it wont stop the lag effect anyway, thats just down to the host having a bad connection to the server
