This has bugged me since the game came out and annoys me constantly in multiplayer.

When you hold down the A button to sprint you cant use the right thumbstick to turn right or left. ( you can a little bit but not completeley)

This gives a huge advantage to PC players who can evade and turn corners into enemies more effectively with the all-powerful mouse and keyboard.

I hold my controller using the claw method, basically i use my middle finger on the right trigger, my index finger on the buttons, and my thumb stays on the right thumbstick. So if the game would let me turn while I'm running it would help a lot and anyone else who holds the controller like me can use this to thier advantage.

Maybe I'm crazy and the only one who feels this way but I can't tell you how many times I wish I could turn while running it would have saved me from many deaths and gotten me many more kills.

I know this late into the game this likely won't change and since I'm probably the only one who feels this way...
