It should be real.... I swear that if it was real, this company would fully redeem itself in my eyes.

They would redeem themselves by selling you something that really should have been in the game in the first place? At this rate DA3 will stop at the end and ask you to put in you cc # to see the ending.

I hope they explain (without being lame) the crucible and its possible abilities further, before the final choice. that is the MOST iffy part of the whole franchise.

the whole 'crucible/reaper off button' idea is just lazy, childish, unimaginative, and oh, yeah, lame.

I disagree. The Crucible is fitting with a 1 game war. You need to end the Reapers War in one game, so you need something like the Crucible, you have to make this galactic war that would be infinitely complex simple.

I would really really like these to be true, but without substantial evidence i can't make a decision. A screenshot from the files would be nice.

Their release windows are a bit of a stretch, but probably something their production team spit out (IF its true).

But having DLC that shows our war assets matter? I'm in. I'd pay $50 bucks for it if i had no, no lie.

I have to ask...is "Project X" really true?

It would make sense it would be the last DLC.

It better be, or something like that would be nice.

It seems too good to be true but clevernoob says we can trust this guy so hopefully it's legit.

He heard from a guy who heard from a guy. That's sketchy enough as it is.

And now an Omega instead of a Citadel has been announced.

And it was called Omega, not Guardian

And it's 1200 MS Points, not 800

There goes that theory down the toilet

How? Citadel could very well be the Guardian DLC. We know Citadel is next cause it was after Omega's files in the Leviathan DLC files. Nothing has been disproven yet. Also if I am not mistaken I have heard it said that the catalyst's name was originally meant to be Guardian. So it would make sense for that to be Citadel DLC.

I don't think you understand. The schedule has already been proven to be inaccurate by it not having Omega on the list and it having an incorrect price listing. Besides, Clevernoob more likely than not knew about the original concept for the Catalyst (along with anyone else who's read through the pre-release script or even heard about it) and knew of the Citadel DLC files in Leviathan so he put guardian up there to add credibility. So, he's basically just making predictions using pre-existing data rather than actually having a leaked schedule.

Why would he even construct such an elaborate lie? What did he stand to gain?

Bad press isn't good press, at least not at this small of a level. It's just bad press.

I wouldn't judge the schedule by saying X DLC didn't come out on the date listed and it costs more than 800 Microsoft points. The mere fact that one of the supposed DLCs on the list is titled "Guardian" refers to the Starchild's original name in the old leaked ME3 script.

This leads me to believe that if the schedule is real, it could be very old and outdated. Entire plans could have changed and ideas scrapped. Some of the ideas may be combined, receive new titles, or change price as well. Only time will tell how real any of it is.

Think Mike Gamble said something along the lines of if that was true then the team would have to work 90 hours a week in order to release all that DLC by February. I'm remaining skeptical on this.

He and I got into a "Who's on first?" discussion about that, Twitter-style. Anyway, when things cleared, he confirmed that was BS and *that* I believed.

It would be nice, but I have my doubts. Not that we aren't getting a ending dlc, oh **** I know that ones true but yeah too short of a time period for so much, plus I'm weirded out omega is not on the list.

I'm not sure about the authenticity of that particular list, though I do think Bioware isn't going to be done with Mass Effect 3 after the Omega DLC. Hoping for a new ending is wishful thinking; would be great if it is part of a Broken Steel-like plan, but if that's what they were going for then it would have made more sense for the ending to have simply been Shepard leaping into the conduit or something similar, though I suppose that would have invoked plenty of problems of its own, it would have at least made it clear that a true ending was coming later on rather than leaving us with something so uncertain.

Still, expansion of war assets in the final battle would be nice. A Citadel DLC for the final fight would be awesome, as I was looking forward to a last stand by the inhabitants of the Citadel, and actually making some of the Citadel war assets count toward something more than just the final total; maybe even add some new ones. Whether it's going to happen is another matter entirely, as Mass Effect 3 already has a battle for the Citadel, and so does Mass Effect 1, in its ending no less! But a proper battle could have a lot of potential, particularly with war asset involvement; rallying C-Sec and other survivors into a force to take the council tower and access the docking arm controls that Saren used.

Bioware/EA will milk ME3 for soo long... look how long they made ME2 DLC for.... especially with the ending controversy. Bioware will respond in some way; alternate ending DLC, expose IT DLC, successful refusal through MP... these are all ideas Ive seen that make a lot of sense.

He said that if the scheduling was true but if it was a more spread out release period than it would be very possible.

As much as I would love the dlc list, I don't think Bioware is releasing that many. See the thing is the new DLC coming soon, was to said to be a grand finale or grand DLC for the matter, because all the BW writers are coming together for this add on. I would like BW to make more DLC but I don't think they will release any DLC that fixes the ending; they have already stated that they will not change the ending.
