 I have romanced Liara in all three games and want to contunie to do so But Tali want to speak with me alone in my cabin. Is it safe for my Liara romance or is it bad?

I don't think you can romance her unless you import her as a LI anyway.

As long as you did not romance Tali in ME2, there will be no romance in the cabin. Just a friendly chat.

Yes, it's safe to ask Tali up to the cabin. It's safe to ask James up, too, later. James is not an LI for any Shepard, and Tali, if she's not an LI in ME 2, just wants to unload some of the fears and doubts she has. Just like Shepard did with Liara in LOTSB, if Liara wasn't the LI in Mass Effect.

oh well i have tried save with tali romanced in me2. i can tell u that she gives u her picture after you take back rannoch. all i can tell u is, nice
still i prefer alkohol over this stuff

This was not safe at all. My Sheps (both genders) made a highly inappropriate comment about their bed to Vega, which really annoyed me!

If you didn't romance Tali in ME2 She can't be a love interest in ME3

I played as a female and Tali asked to speak to me in my cabin as well

something about the mission on Rannoch
