I heard a rumors, that other characters from DLC Retalation, will be added later, but chance to get these characters, will be only in Recomendation Pack, so will be a promo characters.

This is true, somebody know ?

They are indeed only introducing 4 of the announched 16 characters on tuesday when Retaliation launches. However all characters they add will be available in normal packs so no jumping through hoops to get them.
