Since the Turians have a new appearance the others should also, right?  The other purpose of this thread is to show Bioware the other Armor sets they could use in future MP DLCs

They pulled the Batarians armor right out of ME1 and re-designed it, Some Batarians also have there own version of the Alliance armor

the Krogan has the Warlord armor which is similar to the Battlemaster, and for female they could reskin Eve and put armor pieces around her

for the Drell they could use Thane's appearance from ME2's Alternate Appearance pack

Salarians has other armor

the Asari has two other armors, the Asari Commando armor and the Amali Sniper outfit. And there's Tela Vasir's Spectre armor (which is for my Spectre MP DLC lol)

There's also the Shadow Broker armor sets

Vasir's Spectre armor is what the Asari Justicar wears.

It looks like the Asari Sentinel uses the basic armor and not the heavy one that Justicar uses.. seems pretty odd.

Would be awesome if the Mercenary armor came back at some point. (the assets already exist in the game, the Asari War Strategist is wearing it)

Thanes Alternate Appearance from ME2 would be really nice for the Drell Assasin/Infiltrator. I agree

It could probably work for a Drell Sentinel too

I would like to see one in some sort of Spec Ops Utility Armor, and figured this would've been the perfect opportunity for a Drell Infiltrator to show it off.

Alas...my hopes are dashed.

I'm glad I'm not the only sap who's worried about this. It's great that we're getting new characters (and so many, too), but having them look the same as the old characters bugs me to no end. I really hope the models shown in that (awesome) trailer were just placeholders, or not the new characters. I mean, an Asari Huntress in the old psuedo-commando leathers (there's another asari commando uniform in the ME3 SP mode)? And a Krogan Adept in full Vanguard Plate armor?

They just don't...feel new, if they don't look new, y'know? I would like a dev to confirm something about their appearances, so I'll be keeping an eye on this thread. Thanks for posting, OP!

Yea, I wouldn't be upset about it but I would feel disappointed because there are alot of different armor sets they could use

I'd be severely disappointed for a while, mainly because I can't shake the feeling that the inclusion of those Volus joke characters are what took away from development of new models for the new characters.

It won't keep me from coming back, it'll just be a huge middle finger + slap in the face is all. I just saw some thumbnails in Cyonan's thread of some of the characters, and not a single new model was introduced, so my question has been answered. Just not the answer I wanted to hear.

There are some thumbnails of what the new characters will look like over in Cyonan's "Decompiling Retaliation Dlc" thread. Hate to break it to ya, but only the turian was given something new, it seems.

Yea I saw those, but were also getting 16 new characters, so its ok to have some hope

Well, it's said in the DLC that: "Turian Havoc Soldier, Turian Ghost Infiltrator, with many more being added on a regular basis." meaning that there will be other classes, which could use all the above mentioned armors...

Exactly, and I'm also hoping that the one already revealed are only placeholders as someone posted eariler
