How come Bioware never used the other armor types for the Races?

1. They didn't have time after designing new Turians and completely new Volus
2. They use placeholders and they are still working on new Asari, Drell, Vorcha, Batarians etc.
I hope for Nr.2, but my faith is fading.

But if the Volus' are true, then I'll know who to blame lol

Some Batarians also wear this, picture that with Blades Armor and minus the Helmet lol
I'll never understand how they ever thought that helmet would fly on a Batarian...HELLO!? 4 EYES, NOT 2!

They probably thought people wouldn't notice lol. It would've made more sense to do a Recon Hood with 4 eyes.
But they could still use that armor for the Batarian

I hope new asari gets new outfit.
Here's every Asari armor set:
i wish there was some xtra armor as well but the skin tone in this picture should be online as well, there is also barely any change in the skin tone online. In Campaign difference is HUGE in MP well......

i wish they would just make it a lot more visible because it does consume a lot of gold cards ( 1 for each class that has it ) for something that is barely visible. and they already have most of the skins because they are used in SP
I'm surprised they haven't used any of the Asari armors from the pic except for that one catsuit

I really want the Krogan Heavy Armor that *isn't* the Battlemaster Armor favored by Wreav and many of the Krogan Soldiers in the ME1-3 campaigns. I still think it'd be awesome for the Kroldier or a Krogan Engineer.
*snip*
I really want Garm's armor, but I doubt it'll ever happen since those accessories would block too much of the screen.

If all the characters are having a staggered release, surely they have enough time to implement new armor/apply SP content to the ones they aren't releasing straight away, assuming the ones in the trailer aren't placeholders.
Please Bioware?
I'm hoping the one's in the video are placeholders too

Yes, they are placeholders. However, they need more time to implement new outfits and such, which is why they're getting released in sets. But they didn't want to make us wait any longer than we have been, so they're releasing them in sets and marketing this as a "new thing".
My only real complaint is that I wish the Krogan Adept didn't have a helmet on. And for that matter, I wish the vanilla Krogan wore actual Krogan armor (has anyone seen a Krogan besides Grunt wear that armor? They wear the Battlemaster armor).

You mean the Warlord armor without the helmet

This is the most plausible theory I've seen. Also, it appears we're being introduced to a new race in Omega, so perhaps some of the characters are also placeholders, and we'll see said race in MP instead of the four Volus characters.
Regardless of how I feel about them, something seems...off about the way BW is releasing these characters. I'd be willing to bet that the last 4 won't release until after Omega does.

What I REALLY want with this DLC character wise is to have more skin options. Like Turians would have options for markings, Asari would have more "face paint" options. More differing skin color in general would be great as well... But this is just my rambling for today.
Your not rambling, we all want that too
