Weird incident number 1: I had a couple weird things happen today. I went into'The Pearl' and walked into an ambush, and while fightng, one of my enemies fell threough the back wall of the room and I chased after the elf, lol, I ended up in utter blackness with just the two of us, and I finished her off, looted her corpse, and I switched to another character and that one was on the correct side of the wal, so I was able to simply walk away.
Weird incident number 2: I went to redcliff and did some chores for Murdock, then I was going tohead to see Sit Perth, but I took two steps and all of a sudden Tomas was there confronting me about leaving, he stated that if I left they wouldn't be there when I returned. When I assured him I wasn't leaving and I got out of the conversation, I found myself at the exit way up at the beginning of the area with no idea how the heck I got there, lol.
Anyway, I have played origins A LOT and nothing like these two things has ever happened to my before today, and then these two things happened in the last couple hours.
Teleporting? Walking through walls? What the heck happened?

I haven't encountered those (correction, I think I did find the first...it was years ago, though) but have had similar things in awakening
1) doing a sharp turn on the road outside Amaranthine teleports me onto the battlements (happened twice),
2) once fell inside a rock and had to reload from the last save point because I couldn't get out
