I just got a BF3 soldier out of the most recent Premium Spectre Pack that I bought. I don't currently have anywhere to upload the screenshot, but I took one and can send it by email if requested.

This topic is stale. Apparently I missed some news in the MP forums. Please lock / delete this, and maybe reword the text on the BF3 soldier card so it doesn't sound like it's still exclusive.
Let me start by saying I do NOT own BF3, and that as far as I know the BF3 soldier kit is supposed to be exclusive to people who do.

You can now get BF3 soldiers out of spectre and Premium-spectre packs. It was announced in the multiplayer forums. You can also now get the collector assault rifle, I believe.
