since the launch of the new wknd op "overdrive" i have not been able to play MP. i keep getting a message, "redeem online pass to access online account" this has been happening all day with no changing results. some help would be greatly appriciated.

my issue was resolved after i posted this =P i think my issue is just connectivety, since i work overseas. it was just a matter of retrying untill it connected...and how many ppl are pulling bandwith in my area

Wish my problem was solved so easily
Been 24 hours and no response from EA Help. John Tse mailed me back and confirmed I haven't been banned or anything like that, so I do have a genuine issue.
EDIT:
So much for help.ea.com's response in 24 hours policy: been two days now and I still can't play.
