  Hello, I got home tonight from work hoping to complete the operation objective and when I start the game it tells me "the Mass Effect 3 servers are not available" immediately.   All my DLC is unable to authenticate as well it says.  What gives?? Haven't had any trouble before this evening.

Are the servers really down? Tried several different methods of connecting to no avail, quite frustrated.

Same problem. Can't play multi or singleplayer due to the server fault.

wait why can't we play singleplayer i mean wasn't there a way to do so even in ofline mode ... btw i cant start the single even then

You can play Single but all the DLCs are unavailable and you cannot load any save files with DLCs attached...

...which means it's no different from "cannot play"

well that's just great ... we cant play single we cant do the event and that all happens a day after a patch ... geeeez .... nice 1 bioware

This happens just as I had taken the whole day off to grind credits. Pretty great.

From what I can tell, any and everyone on the European server(s?) is having this problem: no one can get through AT ALL.

EDIT: Gah, I'm  behind the times. Apparently it's working now, but I've yet to try it.

I'm in Europe and the problem resolved itself for me shortly after my last post. I've played about a dozen matches since then. It fixed itself for me when I restarted Origin completely. Now it somehow deleted my Origin friends list, but I was not using it anyway.

I'm still down, and now Origin won't connect to online mode either. THISCLOSE to giving up. Restart Origin completely? Let me try that....

I have a similar issue: I can connect to the EA servers, so DLCs and galaxy map are shown but when trying to start or join a game the game stutters and claims to lack connection to EA servers.

yeah either the latest or the the one the other day changed it so you must be connected ot origin for the single player ot work

yeah the freinds list is delted for me as well after the latest round of patching randomness

but like you i also found that a forced exit of origin and a router restart fixed the major connection issues, i still get the not connected to origin message on initial game start however i am able ot enter multiplayer (although it stops responding at the loading menu for about 3 mins) then ejects be wiht a disconected from server message before letting me in to play for a few hours
