You do realize we all sunk a decent chunk of change into something we can't return to the store once opened, right? Do they owe us anything, as in obligated? Probably not, but they do want us to continue buying their products, so in that sense it behooves them to try and make us happy customers.

Why post in forums if you hate the forumites and the forum attitude in general? Go somewhere else. You'll be happier, and I suspect some of the folks you hate will as well. Win-win, yeah?

Bioware does have motivations to TRY and make their customer base satisfied, that is true. However, there is a difference between dissatisfaction and entitlement, a difference that I think many would do well to learn.

yes, and anonymous dissatisfaction becomes entitlement when you are allowed to express it publicly in an angry fashion.
they knew this when they decided to allow fan feedback. its part of it.
like some people have said, most people dont go to  a restuarant and fill out a survey because they ahd a great experience, but if they have a bad one, they don't even think about it. This is similar, except theres even less hoops to jump through to express your opinion.
 its just human nature, and part of the reason is the service being good is it is EXPECTED. Its not wrong to expect quality when you spend your money. am i saying bioware's product isn't quality? no.

I agree, there is.  It's like the old moniker that "The customer is always right", as a small business owner myself, let me say, no they are not. You have people that will be difficult just to be so, you have liars and dishonest people that will misrepresent things intentionally, you have customers who are undeducated about the product they are purchasing,  you have legitimately stupid individuals, this alone makes it an impossibility for the customer to always be right.


@Yajuu Omoi  I honestly don't care if I have any of these peoples' attention. My purpose for this thread is clear. I have stated such already.

Please do not discredit the intentions of this thread by suggesting that me being an IT major and small business owner means anything significant at all in regards to my opinions. It is not as if I am no longer a BW fan and a customer of this series as well.

I mean that with no hostility, you are one of the few level headed people to engage in discussion with me.

Not an epiphany, just a somewhat confirmed suspicion that you have other reasons for being so adamant about Bioware being slaves to all their customers.

edit: I work as an engineer in real life, and in many ways my personality drove me towards that career, and the work also has a mutual effect on my personality.

Honestly dude, you are seeing something that isn't there.  I simply stated my background to preface why it is that I understand that customers are not always right.  What you are essentially implying would pretty much invalidate my entire argument, as if I somehow am defending Bioware over some sort of small business support group lol.

It ticks me off that the OP thinks he/she can decide whose experiences playing ME3 are valid and whose are not. Especially for a product that is mass marketed to the public. If, as a business, your product's niche is as non-specific as "all shooter/RPG fans", you would do well to try to cater to all gamers who fit that profile.
