Okay, I don't want to get drawn into a flamewar with you complete with personal attacks. You're a reasonable poster (and your Godwin's law joke is hilarious), so let's discuss this reasonably. I don't see the problem you have with volus - if you don't like them, why use them? I'm not going to, apart from maybe a couple of times. I don't really like the Shadow, either, but I don't begrudge people playing space ninjas if they want.

In that case, I could kick anyone who decides to "kick Volus" because I do not agree with this kind of intransigent attitude.

I mean ... we do not have a clue about how it will play with a Volus in MP. We do not know his powers. We do not know their shields / barriers / health. Do not know your speed, if he will be able to run or weight capacity. We do not know ANYTHING.

Say "no Volus" without knowing these things, since taking a "posture of hatred" against a simple character, with up alienating other players who are there to have fun ... is a huge stupidity.

The whole uproar on the Forums from some people over the Volus characters is pathetic. Shows how immature some people can be. It is a game, not real life. Relax people, we are not going into actual trenches in any real wars. At least wait & see if we even get the characters first, & even then see what they're like before pooping your pants in anger over it.

If I hear someone trying to kick a Volus just cuz they're Volus, I'll probably switch to Volus too.
