Furthur customize cast/conjure time

I understand you can change the "speed" field in ABI_ M2DA to make a spell instant or require a cast time. But the cast time increase from 1 to 2 is 3 seconds long. Is there anyway to make shorter incremental increase? I could not find the part of the script that deals with conjure animations...

So did some more investigation, I believe this is due to the conjure loop animation is already 3 seconds long in itself. Is there a way to set the loop duration of conjure anims like you can with aim loops?

Was there ever any progress with this? I have also been wanting to play around with cast times in my scripts, but the only function I came across was SetAimLoopDuration which, to my understanding, is only used for bow talents. Is there any way to manipulate the cast time of spells?
