I have registered the Guildmaster's Belt and Memory Band from my pre-order. Neither item shows up in game, and when I go to the Download screen, they don't even show up. I tried re-registering these two items and it acknowledges that those two codes were used.
I have the Stone Prisoner, Dragon Armor, Warden's Keep, Luck Stone, and Embrel's Many Pockets, all of which showed up in the downloader, downloaded and installed, and are appearing in-game correctly. It's just my Guildmaster's Belt and Memory Band that the game doesn't seem to realize should exist.
Registered pre-order items not downloading.

I'm sort of having the same issue...I've registered the Dragon Armor and Stone Prisoner, but when I look at the DLC in the game, they both sit at 0% for a while and then tell me that the download failed. Why?

And she is complaining, most people have zero dlc even downloaded because the whole scheme is broken. I am afraid that we might have to wait next week end to play... if ever

At least you got it to show up. I inputted 3 different codes and got an acceptance message, but when I log in to the game there is nothing anywhere in the DLC section

I put in codes for the 3 items with the Collector's Edition and the Mass Effect 2 armor and they appear under my downloads list in the game and Shale and the Stone Prisoner seem to have worked as well.

I had the same issue, but I restarted the game and cleared the Download cache like the support page said ...

Mine only accepts 2 of my codes. The third seems to be a mystery code that just doesn't work.
