Has anyone else had an issue with their character name reverting to the default name during character creation? It seems to happen randomly no matter what type of character I'm creating, and I unfortunately don't notice til it's too late. Is this a known bug? Or am I just lucky?

It happens to me too (I'm not sure, but it seems to do it when I hit start to continue instead of moving over to the --> to continue manually). I've started accepting the default name and then changing it by hitting X during character creation. That way I can ensure the proper name.

Hmm.. Maybe that's the problem then.. Sometimes I use the start button and sometimes I don't, I just haven't paid enough attention to notice if it happens when I do.
