I just played 4 platinum matches on Firebase Glacier.  On two of the matches at some point after wave 6 the my Xbox woul freeze up and I would have to turn it off and back on in order to play again.  Because of this I would lose a ton of credits and also the consumables I used. 

This has happened to me before and friends of mine as well.

I don't know if there is anything that can be done about the credits and consumables.  Is this the right place to report that?

Oh another note on this:

It seems to happen almost every time I play a match on Glacier and either I or somebody else is playing a Phoenix Adept (using Smash). I think I have also seen it happen (less frequently) when there is somebody using one of the Slash attacks or Shockwave.

Yeah, the most recent freezing problems I've seemed to encountered all happen on Glacier. No other maps have really frozen though, oddly. I've played as several different classes with varying powers though, so don't think that's related unfortunately.

I've been freezing on pretty much everey game I try to play. If I'm lucky, I'll be able to finish 1/4 or so, but...seriously. I'm not going to spend two hours just trying to finish one game.
