Kroguard needs nerfing. Here are some suggestions.

Geth stunlocks on most characters kill damn near instantly. They don't need an insta kill when Batarians, Krogans, and the Destroyer are the only characters that can take stunlock.

The OP is a visionary, a god among insects. Bioware, do this now. Give the Krogan Vanguard warp instead of carnage.
More seriously. REALLY? Dude? You have no grasp on the mechanics of the game. You suggest "nerfing" the Kroguard by replacing carnage with a power that would give him a truly absurd buff. He'd be able to de-buff enemies (making his weapons and attacks more effective) and create biotic explosions on his own (giving him a large high-damage AOE attack).
You make suggestions that are completely counter to what you want. You've been discredited, you need to familiarize yourself with the game further before making a thread like this. Start out by filling in your manifest a bit more.

Well, it's like this. A person warps an enemy for it to be killed by someone with a sniper rifle. Took one enemy when the person who warped it could have took five enemies within the next couple of seconds. Nothing but wasted time and annoyance.
I can understand the OP's frustration but this is something can happen a lot of other characters as well. It's not the character, it's just incosiderate players.

People are playing Vanguards in more, because it's okay to play them off-host now.
People are playing Krogan Vanguards more because of the Rage fix.
When the new DLC comes out, you'll see people playing those classes in all your lobbies, once folks start to get the kits in packs. It looks like everyone's Kroguarding it up right now, but that will change.
With that said, I think it is a bad thing that Kroguards don't have a lot of diversity in possible builds. Pretty much everyone skips Carnage, or puts minimal points in it. That actually isn't good - there should be more than one viable build. In that respect the OP's suggestion to swap Carnage for something (though not Warp, that'd be ridiculously broken) is a fair idea, but it's very very unlikely Bioware would do it. They've never swapped out powers in kits like that before. They've changed power mechanics - like Singularity - but they've never replaced a kit's Power A with Power B.
