Most any character kills the things faster than the Kroguard. He also has a huge body that's very easily hit and staggered by Primes and Hunters. He plays differently, more in the enemy's face, but he's not broken or overpowered by any definition of the word.
He's a "slow & steady" killer that just keeps working away at the enemy without dying. Most characters could easily outdo him for DPS, easily and without trying.
Kroguard needs nerfing. Here are some suggestions.

But, because some people are stupid and think that Engineers can TANK I think something needs to be done about shields.
Heck, maybe not buff the shields but make it so engineers can hold extra recharge kits... just something so people will stop yelling in my ear asking me why im throwing drones and overloads over long distance instead of "up close".
Buff Incinerate too, make it so it burns armor like its supposed to.

I agree. Against geth, Kroguard is practically invincible. A minor nerf on its shield should be sufficient

why nerf something that actually works as it is intended to work? They are a beastly berserker tank on a class that can actually carry them as a destructive medium... based on what difficulty are you basing this on aswell? They still drop dead on platinum without support....

No...Kroguard can't dodge, can't roll, and has the useless cabbage power. It has to be able to melee a prime to death, or backhand a phantom off the map. That's what makes using it so much fun. Its a tank, don't suggest they take away its tankiness, that's just wrong.

I think the OP might have bronze and silver-colored glasses. On gold and higher he stops killing things in one hit, stops being able to clear spawns by himself, and stops coming anywhere near the top of the scoreboard.

No, Kroguard works just fine thanks. Don't base your nerf calls around one difficulty, if you call for the nerf of a Kroguard then we need to nerf the Geths as well. Then you'll have to nerf my Asari Adept as she can fairly well dominate on gold. Then you'd have to nerf my Vorcha because he wrecks on gold and silver. Then I'd have to ask for the nerf of all sniper rifles....do you see where this is going yet?

You have to understand the the Kroguards job is to take punishment. Not DPS but tank. Im sure if you get to playing around on platinum you would appreciate a live decoy while you pick targets off. I hate when people talk of things they have no idea about.

I was going to go through the OP and say why. But no. Nerfing or changing the Battlemaster makes absolutely no sense and is just appalling to me. The whole point of Krogan warriors are to be near-invincible, lumbering monsters.
If you have a problem with people "kill stealing" then go play some other competitive game. This game is not competitive, who cares who scores the final kill?
