mobility would mean something if it was a disadvantage, but if a kroguard is about to die all they need to do is biotic charge and BAM, full barriers.
they, cannot, die, unless, the, game, lags/glitches, or, the, kroguard, sucks
Perhaps all they need to do is nerf the amount of barrier that biotic charge recovers. Or make it so a kroguard has more weapon carry weight.

How about you stop playing Silver and bump yourself up to Gold level instead of making such disingenuous assertations? I can assure you, survival is just a tad harder there.
