Cat person. Although I loved my last dog dearly.

Your boyfriend/girlfriend/spouse has fallen ill with a serious illness. Only one nearby hospital stocks the proper medicine, but it is far too expensive for you to afford, your insurance doesn't cover it, and the staff isn't generous enough to let you have it for free despite the circumstances. What do you do?

Edit: Gah. Ninja'ed. To answer the above: the weather today is terrible. It's so windy my full garbage cans were blown across my driveway, and I don't have a short driveway.

I would put the episodes of McGuyver I watched as a kid to use and craft a lockpick to escape!





Why do they always make computers beep (like when going to a webpage, opening a program, or typing) in TV shows/movies?

@ Capt. Obvious:  Ender's Game, Lord of the Rings, Dune, The Pillars of the Earth. Though I am liking 'Genghis Khan and the Making of the Modern World' which I am reading currently. Really interesting stuff.

I don't know. But if I were to pick, it would be Jesus either Genghis Khan or King Peter the Great(Russia).

That's hard to say. In many parts of the world there have been many great tragedies. I'd say the loss of culture and Native Civilization in the Americas. We lost much information(even when nothing was really going on) about the people and in the end there are many Native Americans that are drug addicts, street punks, and live in horrible conditions. If not, then I'd say the loss of the library at Alexandria.

I live in a country that's Summer all year round. So we don't have any special holidays in those months.
