I nominate the day I put a pea up my nose. Memorable because I remember quite a lot of that day even though I had just been two years old.

A tie between Sci-Fi shooters & Sci-Fi RPGs. Best of all if it's both at once! (Keeps an eye on ME2 to see if it goes well.)

If you have to choose a gun to take into space battle & you have to choose between high power, lower firing rate vs low power, higher firing rate, vs medium power, medium firing rate, which looks the better choice to you?

The one with the pretty decorations. I won't condone taking a gun into battle unless it has pretty decorations.

"Do you want to see my boot collection?"

Bill Nye, because it's not everyday ya see a scientist that's good with kids. Plus, his sense of humor is corny, but I still appreciate that he's trying to make science fun.

That is simply too expansive a question but I'll be succinct:

Books :
Sharrow (Against a Dark Background - Iain Banks)
Severian (Book of the New Sun - Gene Wolfe)
Lanfear (NOT Cyndane) (Up until Book 4 of The Wheel of Time after which Robert Jordan utterly ruined her)

Video Games:
Garrett (The Thief Series)
Kain (Legacy of Kain)
Shodan (System Shock)

Television:
Sam Beckett (Quantum Leap - My Favorite Childhood TV Show!)
Azula (Avatar -The Last Airbender)

Movies:
Patrick Bateman (American Psycho)

Question: Who is your favorite poet (and their poem)?

"There once was a woman from Bheiling

Who had a peculiar feeling

She lay on her back

and opened her crack

and p*ss-ed all over the ceiling!"

But in all seriousness, I need to explore poetry a bit more. The only names I am familiar with are Edgar Allan Poe and Banjo Patterson, and I can't remember any good poetry at all.

If you are not getting too technical with the the exact definition of "classical" I absolutely adore the Baroque period with it's expressiveness and emotional resonance.

I'm no longer in school, though my favourite subject back then was Chemistry, probably because I had some seriously great teachers for that subject. They let me move at my own pace through the coursework and assist with all the class demonstrations (though the back titration incident didn't go over well with the department head).

It's a toss up between period pain and the pain of thinking someone loves you, only to have them tell you they don't care - and ignore you. Indifference is a lot more insulting than hate or anger.

Because there is no right way to twist it, therefore, you must be doing it wrong.
