I really wish there was a volume control for other players mics. I can't hear most of y'all and the ones I can are usually very loud. I use my studio gear for sound output on my computer so, sound quality is not an issue.
I wonder what kind of PITA it would be to add some kind of volume control for incoming voice.
And, is that something y'all would like to added to the game?

I'm also in the quandary as to why there were no volume controls/in game mute for players with mics. I haven't played the game on any other device besides my PS3, as it's the only one I have it for, but an actual in game mute would suffice and be a welcomed thing by many.
I know on 360 you can manually mute them through their gamer card, so that problem is solved. And on PC I believe it's push to talk; while I know PS3's XMB is entirely different than 360's interface, BF3 has an in game mute for PS3. Not sure why this doesn't.
It's nothing more than a great annoyance hearing someone's baby scream or hearing the mic hit their face and whatnot. But I don't want to have to mute my TV just because some tool can't mute their mic until they choose to use it.
I've never done game coding but seems like a pretty inconsequential thing that could be added. If not my apologies but GOSH would it be a welcomed sight for sore eyes. Or ears.
