After not playing for a while, I started playing again tonight. I make it through the prolouge just fine until Varric's head makes his grand entrance in Kirkwall. Just his head, not his body nor Bianca. 

Since I had played around with some follower armor mods month earlier but deleated them before this playthrough, I re-installed the game and am still having the same issue with Varric. So far, only Varric is having the problem (not Avelline nor Carver). Any suggestions?

Nevermind. I'm an idiot who fixed her own problem. Forgot to delete all files in the mod.
