Discovered this happening to Sten and Liliana after I cast Waking Nightmare on a group of enemies in a room and closed the door to let them fight among themselves. They kept switching through all the abilities that I had set up on their tactics list. Once I opened the door again and finished off the enemies everything was fine, but I thought I would just report this little occurrence just in case.
