Hello guys, I know it "might" be a really retarded problem, but still. I thought the whole point of Origin is that it cloud-stores your savegames and such... Well, I reinstalled my comp a few days ago, reinstallyed Mass Effect 3, and it seems I lost all my character progresses (no "Continue" or Load Game" buttons, only New Game"). Also, all my Achievements are reset... Am I missing something, or I should've made a backup of locally stored files, just like I did with ME1-2?

It only saves to the cloud if you allow Origin to do so. It may be possible you forgot to check that option.
