It´s WWII strategy: from 1936 till 1948. Play literaly any country on the face of Earth at the time. From the Spanish Civil War to the Sino-Japanese one; the Soviet-Finnish Winter War; the Anchsluss, the Ostfront...

If you don´t like the era, you can go for the upcoming Victoria 2 (1836-1936) focused on politics, industrialization and nation-state rising...

Paradox is the company making this games, so take a look at them if you have a minute.

BTW; I cook pretty well, but you already saw the pics of the churros. If I make them someday, I´ll post pics of it .

I prefer the Europa series. Nothing against HoI...I just never got into 'em. I have yet to play Victoria, though.

Victoria is the most complicated by far since it´s the less transparent in terms of game mechanics.

Still, it´s probably my fave specially after the guys of VIP finished their mod. Awesome stuff such as the creation of Germany in 1849 via republican union of the German States or the Boxers kicking the crap out of Europeans or a Soviet Revolution were Kerensky is not taken down...

Actually I think I might be hyping myself up for SW:TOR ..I have taken a sudden interest in that    Trouble is my computer will probably "just" squeeze by on specs for it.    

We'll see.    Thinking about Win7 as well ...Win7 recognizes more ram than WinXP ..doesn't it?  I have three gigs ram..should have gotten four but..I think I was pushing my luck there, with how much my husband wanted to spend on my gift..four years ago.  lol

If I remember correctly WinXP recognizes/utilizes around 2.5 gigs of ram maximum.

To me "playing hardcore" is also playing games developed by people like Philipe Tibault (Vainglory of Nations) or my other fave game company besides Bioware: Paradox.

Hardcore would be sitting straight for 20+ hours. Playing super mario bros, or Grand theft auto without concern for food or washroom breaks

females don't usually play RTS, their brains cannot handle it and not much chance to show off or gain attention from men (usually lack of forums or achievements) online. RTS games are where intelligent men fight each other using tactics and not simple click - reaction gameplay.

Men have 1 connection between their lobes, Women have 2-3. Thus making women MORE SUITED TO PLAY MORE COMPLICATED GAMES if anything. Your blatantly uniformed and sexist post offends me, and I'm a guy. Get off of my planet you worthless sack of flesh.
