Personally I would like to see a darkspawn companion(Architect?), a desire demon, a female Qunari, a spirit from the fade(not in some human host) and an ancient dalish elf awakned fron his/hers long slumber(one who can actualy tell us how the elven empire realy was... maybe even help restore the elves to their formar glory).

Too dangerous. Can't have the rest of the party becoming ghouls now can we?
Again pretty dangerous. Given half the chance, the desire demon will probably wreck some major havoc "for the lols".
