im on the last onslaught in redcliffe castle. i have killed every dark spawn in the village and the castle, but apparently there is supposed to be an ogre that spawns and attacks the castle. this ogre isnt spawning and i cannot enter the castle. it's jsut stuck. i can move around and fast travel but i cannot finish the quest or game. any ideas?

i have the same problem and noone will answr me its gonna suck if i have to play the game all over again just to beat it once

i've had the same problem for months now and it hasn't been fixed. Don't exactly want to restart a 25+ hour game because of this bug just to beat it once.

I doubt this will help ya'll but who knows.
I THOUGHT I had the same problem with my first character since the castle couldn't let me in and I killed everything. I noticed that when I walked through the portcullis to head for the exit of Redcliff castle, the ogre spawned on the causeway. Maybe run around there and see if it spawns?
Or reload an earlier save and try again?

Since i've been noticed that someone from Bioware is finally responding to some posts. I would like to know if this bug is ever going to be fixed or if a workaround is going to be implemented? I'd love to finish the game without having to start over again.
So far the problem is on the quest: The Final Onslaught; The Final Battle.
