My girlfriend made a character on her XBL account on my xbox and when she did, it gave her the Feral Wolf Charm and Memory band.  It let her load her character a bit and she played for a while, but now she can't get her save file to load because it says she's missing the Feral Wolf Charm and Memory Band.

Is there anyway we can get her save game to load on my xbox and work every time?

Also, we got on once and deleted the content from her character that it says she needs, but I think because she still used the skill book that it is causing it to not load a bit.

Have you tried logging in first with your gamertag, then with a second controller, logging in with her gamertag, and letting her play from there? I know my box will let my wife play with content from games and content I have purchased, if I first log into XBL, and then she does so afterward, with a second controller. I haven't tested whether the second controller is truly necessary though, so that part may be moot.
