 Please don't bring anders back in any way. And yeah a lot of people killed him but remember that justice died and was brought back (kinda) and anders was my least favorite character since he was so whiny and annoying please don't bring him back or someone like him. This is for pro Mage characters or anti mage characters and by that I mean don't make someone like him for either side. Does anyone agree that they shouldn't bring him back

He also wasn't possessed or doing any of the other stuff I mentioned in my post in Awakening.

Yeah, that was pretty lame but he's been saying all along it's better not to get involved with him and I tend to agree. Unless your Hawke is all, "YES LET'S START THIS REVOLUTION NOW!" I think he makes a pretty poor LI.

They ruined Anders (ie the massive change in personality between Awakenings vs DA2 as Epic mentions) but I still LOVED him. I don't care. A few of my femHawke's ran away with him into the sunset and people that hate him can just ...you know (I'll try not to fling insults!).

Just don't bring him with you in your party in DA2 if you hate him so much. And I'm sure given what they did with characters from DAO to DA2 you have zero worries about Anders really being a huge part of DA3. Probably what will happen is there will be a token nod to our characters from DAO and DA2 and a whole brand new cast of characters don't you think?

As for "characters" like him- I'm not precisely sure what you mean. Emotional? Just press X and skip the dialogue then man. Geez.

I too did not like Anders on the basis of being a total buzz-kill. Every party has a pooper, and the pooper was Anders. (Nothing quite bangs up fun like terrorism).

Btw, asinine Anders fracking transformed a benevolent, super awesome spirit of justice into a questionably demonic spirit of vengeance. boo

*Genuine curiosity* Considering all the was involved in, how would you have liked him to handle it?

It was quite jarring how Anders went from Awakening to DA2 (especially if you were a person who played both).

Even through romanicng him and being on his side, I still found him a bit grating. But at the time he was my healer. So had to bare with it.
