I entered the redemption codes here on the site, as the flyer in the box said to do, but I don't see them at all in downloadable content. Did I enter the codes in the wrong place? If so, how can I get my redeemed content on this site over to my PS3? They show up on my user entitlement page but nowhere on my downloadable content screen in the game. Also, is there a way to link the PS to my EA account? I haven't figured out how to do it yet.

I have had this problem with the Wardens Keep DLC since release and they're still not there yet.



Your standard PSN username and email should allow you to put the same password you use for this site to log in and get the "Downloadable Content" option to come up.



Go to the ingame DA:O / Playstation Store and press "triangle" for Redeem EA Code and pop the codes in again.



Failing that get in touch with EA support.

turn off your internet then go ingame then delete account info (you can always re-enter it again)

I entered my redeem code on the Bioware site and it says my Blood dragon armour entitlement will be in my EA account, But i cannot find it! does anyone know how to solve this?

I didn't get my collectors edition items but shale, wardens and blood armour worked.

could this "redeem code" bs be more of a pain? i mean, really? F the game. this code bull**** has turned me off on the whole thing. peace ... going to FF

Same problem, put in codes, did not say invalid, but nothing has happened.  No Shale, no blood dragon armor

I go to the NPC who wants to sell the golem rod and he still wants me to buy it off him for real cash

I'm having the same problem. After I entered the codes on here I was taken to my download redemption page but there was no download link available for either Shale or Blood Dragon Armor.

If you buy the Feast Day Expansion Pack, this seems to allow the free content to be downloaded properly. I put a request to EA's tech people to provide a voucher for the Playstation store for all PS3 owners of the game, so that they can get the content free, as promised.
