Any lore in the game that gives the name of the Wardens founder? I am just curious because i havent found it.

Yeah they're former soldiers from the Anderfels, according to Riordan.

Edit: But it was their followers who formalized the Grey Wardens order, or something like that.

Yeah I don't believe it was founded by one person, rather a group of people who finally realized what needed to be done to truly end a blight.
