I recently bought a brand new Cerberus Network Code through the Bioware website, for Mass Effect 2, and have recieved the email recpiet. However, everytime I log into my game it does not log me into the Cerberus Network. How do I get access to the Cerberus Network if I have just recently bought a code but have not yet recieved a code. Where do I get my code?
P.S. I am playing ME2 through Steam.

New purchases of ME2, including those bought via Steam, come with a Cerberus Network code so you shouldn't need to buy one. Open up Steam, go to your game library and right click on Mass Effect 2 to get a context menu. Look for something like "Show CD code" and when you click it you'll get both the game code and the Cerberus Network code. If I remember rightly Steam will let you click to copy whichever to the clipboard.
