I have roughly the same problem, but it only occurs after 9PM GMT.
I'm able to play fine during the day with no DC's, but around 9-10pm, I get locked out of ME, can't connect to the servers and can't access this site.

I'm also having problems connecting to servers tonight ...and then it suddenly says I need an online pass which I already have.

Ok i managed to resolve this by disabling window defender because of a stupid update from windows but after a few days it returned again wtf?

Started just now. tried it a couple of times but Origin won't go online.....pffff....
