I didn't find one yet, no music-inclined one either. And I want to add minstrels in taverns >< I checked Lothering's bards but their animation is a bit too weird.

You should download Beerfish's animation spreadsheet. There are a bunch of "jig" animations, perhaps some other dance ones as well...

Good spreadsheet.
I tested that jig animation and it is the most horrible looking dance I've ever seen in gaming history LOL.

Assuming that is the animation used in the intro to the city elf origin, it didn't seem that bad, lol.
