I wasn't partial to the look of Daedric items in TES. I was also not partial to how most people seemed to ignore someone dressed entirely in Daedric.

If someone brings some foul-looking device to a party, I would actually like people to react to it, but that's asking for a lot of scripting (dialog conditions per item, extra dialog, lots and lots of testing for something with only a minor payoff).

in Skyrim guards will comment on you're armor and weapons and wearing a full set of Daedric armor will slightly boost you're chances at intimidation.


anyway DAO kinda already has an equilivent of Daedric weapons Darkspawn weapons they just aren't the strongst type like Daedric is and I think the Keening Blade was a demonic weapon too.

It would be neat to add a little variety within the weapon types. Add some two handed scimitars and one handed sabres. Scepters as ministaffs. Throwing knives. Chakrams. It'd be really cool to see some kind of a spear/pole arm/halberds too and even sai as a dagger variant

Since Daedra obviously are not in Thedas, I am not seeing how you can have Daedric weapons. I suppose some sort of Fade series of weapons could make sense. Warhammer of Great Justice!
