They ignore BSN when we're being ridiculous anyway. I doubt these threads are any different.
BioWare - Bring Back Whoever YOU Like :) - ignore all these hate campaigns.

Don't bring back bloody anyone.
I want new characters, new personalities to explore and get to know.
Elements from old friends shouldn't be ignored, but largely I really just want to play with a whole new group.

The OP is Mike Laidlaw and I claim my pre-order copy of DA:4 "Spiky Space-elf button mashing in one room"

I agree with the OP. I don't know what they base their final decisions on, I'm sure they have statistics and whatnot which they have thoroughly studied. However, leaning toward one type of player instead of one of the other types is unlikely to get anything changed - there will always be people that are dissatisfied with what they get, so staying true to one's own vision is a good choice.
And yes, this is just my opinion, the opinion of this type of player.

I call this "The Cycle":
NEW GAME ANNOUNCED - excitement - calmly reasoned thoughts about what should be in game - demands about what should be in game - demands about what SHOULDN'T be in game - begging and pleading about what should/shouldn't be in game - deferring to Bioware about what should be in game - NEW GAME ARRIVES - excitement - level headed critique - first vitriol filled rant about how it is the worst game Bioware has ever made - OPEN THE FLOODGATES - ragehateragerageragehatehatehateragehatehaterage - ERA OF "I'M NOT PRE-ORDERING ANY MORE GAMES" - NEW GAME ANNOUNCED.*
*"The Cycle" is open to additional changes as time progresses and in the unlikely event of human nature changing. xp

I find it silly that some people dare to make topics like this.
If a person does not want something in the game ( be it a character or whatever) and wishes to discuss it, she/he can post it here as long as it does not break any forum rules.
