Really,
I go through the forums and I see problems after problems with this site, so forget about your automated tools and give us a way to do the job ourselves, thanks.

Easy as a breeze:

Register game: ho, I can see the game  in my profile (already implemented, thx for that...). But rephrase your key format, which is bs depending with what retailer you purchased (no "-" with steam for example).

Register dlc: make it appear in our account with a secure link to download from ea server (same as we did for character creator). We do not need that stupid in game broken tool, which either does not initiate download or, does not install.

Of course assuming that this "new" bioware is a viable tool, which, you will excuse me, I am starting to doubt.

WE, the customers, are still waiting for answers. Thanks for not abandonning everybody as you did upon the first hours of release and apparently still do. Anybody can work at day and night if needed (I do), you just pay them more!
