I thought about that, but I did some rough math in my head and this is what I came up with.ParatrooperSean wrote...

For what it's worth, I was playing as the Batarian Soldier for a few games earlier today. I chose the Damage Returned evolution at rank 5, and Brutes were charging me left and right, and not a single one got any damage returned to them. Not a bit, let alone 250%
First, thank you Chris for looking into it.
As for not damaging Brutes, on very rare occasion I've actually had Brutes get killed by my Blade Armor when they're on their last thread of life. But most of the time they take no noticable damage. I suspect they simply take less than 1 bar worth of damage, making it appear as if they take zero.
I have no numbers on the damage that the Brutes charging melee does, but since it never fails to destroy my full shields, if not more, then that means that it must do at least 825 points of damage, probably more.
So if we consider the damage to be 825, then if it hits my blade armor, it should take 2062.5 damage, according to my Blade Armor being specc'd for 250% damage returned.
On Gold, a Brute has 15210 points of base health. Going by that it should take AT LEAST one bar of his armor off, because each bar is roughly 1521 points.
In truth, I think the Brute's charging melee probably does more than 825 points of damage. I'm pretty sure it will take my Batarian's shields all the way down in one hit, which would make it nearly 1500 points. That means that the damage returned to him would actually be more than 2062.5 points, but you get the idea.
Oh, there's no question it does far, far less damage than it should. I'm simply saying that I think it does some damage.
