Now with the Brawler many people (myself included) were finally given a good reason to take the full 250% damage return as the Brawler is right in the melee all the time and that seems like a great deal. Like me, they would then have started to be able to compare the damage return at 250% compared to their previous builds and not noticed any improvement. This would also highlight that what they were getting before was probaby not what it should have been either.
As far as I can tell it only takes just one bar of health or armor of whatever attacks you.
As a signature feature of all 3 Batarian kits, if it is indeed bugged it really should be fixed fast.

Please, could we just get a response? Blade armor has now been proven to do less damage on gold and platinum than silver and bronze!
"Yes, this is troubling data you have gathered, we will look into it"

Yes we've established that BA works on silver and bronze perfectly well, however, the damage is so low on gold that its not even remotely close to being worthwhile. The damage formula is inversely applied to BA damage on gold / platinum, so instead of enemy damage being multiplied in the formula for calculating damage returned, its instead divided. So all melee damage done is about 10-20% of the actual number it should be for gold and platinum.
It also seems to do abnormally high damage on silver, and the correct damage on bronze.

Annomander reports Cyonan and Corlist uncovered that while BA does base damage x3 on silver and bronze, it does 1/3 base damage on gold and platinum, so it returns little damage on higher difficulties. The multiplier is bugged, probably introduced when they tweaked BA a long while ago.
That's a real shame

Did you actually read the thread or are you trying to be a smart ass?
Because quite a few players who have a good rep for testing mechanics out have said the damage return is not working properly.

You do realize that means you play silver and bronze, right?
